We want you to love what you get from us. Here's how refunds work.
Custom websites
- Before we start: if you change your mind before we begin work (before you submit your intake form), ask us for a full refund.
- Once work has started: we may offer a partial refund depending on how far along the project is. Talk to us first: most problems can be fixed with an edit round.
- After delivery: once your site is delivered and your included edit rounds are used, the work is non-refundable.
Digital products
Because downloads are delivered instantly and can't be "returned", they're generally non-refundable. If a file is broken or not as described, contact us within 14 days and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you.
How to ask
Contact us with your order email and what went wrong. Approved refunds are made through Gumroad to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank.
This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
