terms of service

These terms cover buying from Very Online Studio ("we", "us") at veryonlinestudio.com. By buying from us you agree to them.

1. What we sell

• Custom websites (portfolio, personal-brand and small-business sites). These are services: after you pay, you send us information through our intake form and we build your site.
• Digital products (templates, planners and other downloads), delivered instantly by Gumroad after payment.

2. Payment

All payments are processed by Gumroad. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown on each product page. Gumroad's own terms also apply to your purchase.

3. Custom websites

• Getting started. Work starts once we receive your completed intake form. Delivery times on product pages are estimates that count from that point.
• Your content. You confirm you have the right to use everything you send us (text, photos, logos, files), and that it doesn't break any law or anyone else's rights.
• Edits. Each website includes the number of edit rounds listed on its product page. Extra changes or new features may cost extra; we'll always ask first.
• Waiting on you. If we need something from you and don't hear back for 60 days, we may close the project. We'll email you before we do.
• Domains and hosting. Unless the product page says otherwise, domain names and hosting are not included, and you own your domain. We'll help you connect it.
• Ownership. Once you've paid in full, the finished site's design and your content are yours to use. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

4. Digital products

Downloads are licensed for your own personal or business use. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files themselves.

5. Refunds

See our refund policy.

6. Liability

We build with care, but we provide our services "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase.
